Working Conditions Group

The working conditions group aims to improve the aspects related to work as a doctoral researcher within the Max Planck Society.

Our current agenda involves:

• Installing TAC meetings for all doctoral researchers;
• Improving the contract situation for DRs;
• Support of the steering group in general goals such as tracking of working hours, etc.

Additionally, we want to be approachable for doctoral researchers for any questions or suggestion concerning their working conditions. Please don’t hesitate to contact us!
